**Bananas Alarm Clock License Agreement** Version 1.0 Effective Date: 04/05/2025

### 1. Ownership The *Bananas Alarm Clock* web app and all associated code, content, and intellectual property are the sole property of Brian P. Brady (the "Licensor") of Montgomery, Illinois, United States. Unauthorized use of this software is prohibited.

### 2. Grant of License The Licensor grants you (the "User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the *Bananas Alarm Clock* web app for personal or business use, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

### 3. Restrictions The User agrees not to: - Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the web app without prior written consent from the Licensor. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the web app. - Use the web app for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
